You have the following options:

• By calling us on 45 00 45 – 1 and completing the membership form, including full documentation, that will then be sent to you.

To renew your membership, all you have to do is send us a bank transfer for the amount of the subscription, taking care to indicate your membership number in the communication.

You can also pay your membership fee at one of our sales outlets or set up a SEPA direct debit easily by logging on to myACL, where you will be guided through the process step by step.

The ACL roadside service operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and can be contacted by telephone on (+352) 26000. It responds to breakdowns or accidents involving vehicles (cars, trailers, motorbikes) weighing up to 3.5 tonnes.

In Luxembourg, 2 breakdown or towing operations per year are free of charge; a 3rd operation is invoiced at 50% of the current rate (depending on the distance and the time of the operation – night, Sunday, public holiday). Any additional intervention will be invoiced at 100%.

Please note! Free towing applies only to journeys made from the breakdown/accident site to the garage.
