Dispatcher - (m/f) - full-time - permanent contract
For immediate entry
Main Responsibilities
- Dispatching of roadside assistance or towing interventions
- Ensuring follow-up of assignments and communication with internal and external service providers (roadside assistance/towing)
- Managing intervention priorities according to defined criteria
- Organising and scheduling internal technicians/drivers as part of the daily work plan
Your Profile
- Excellent logistics skills
- Very good geographical knowledge of Luxembourg and surrounding areas
- Basic mechanical/electrical knowledge
- Language skills in Luxembourgish, French and German
- Strong telephone communication skills
- Organisational and planning ability
- Stress resistance
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Ability to assess situations and make appropriate decisions
